Afternoon Dismissal Procedures

Parents must list any/all individuals permitted to pick up students from school. Be sure to designate pick-up individuals in Renweb. Please email Linda Alegria with questions.

Dismissal Modes:

• Early Pick-Up - All individuals picking up students during school hours must report to reception and show their ID, including parents.

• Dismissal Time- All 3:15-3:30 dismissal will be on the east or south side of the building. Front doors will remain locked during carpool time.

  • Park & Pick-Up - If opting out of the carpool lane, parents may park and walk to the east side double doors. Students will be dismissed from the east-side doors near the ramp. Parents must bring their pick-up car tag with them. Staff members will be dismissing them from the door individually. 

  • Carpool - Cars must enter the parking lot and follow the one-way arrowed path through the carpool lane. Drivers must have their pick-up car tag on display near the dashboard. Staff members will walk students to individual cars upon arrival.

  • Notify classroom teachers of your daily pick-up option.

  • ALL SIBLINGS WILL DISMISS WITH THE OLDEST CHILD.

After-School Program Pick-Up - Individuals picking up students after 3:30 must do so through the front doors with ID ready.
