Our Next Head of School, Beginning August 2025
After an extensive national search, The Kessler School is thrilled to announce that Dr. Michael Roemer will serve as our next Head of School, beginning August 1, 2025.

He is a seasoned administrator, a passionate educator, and a values-driven leader who believes deeply in the power of joyful, student-centered learning.
A Leader Who Reflects Our Values
Dr. Roemer’s background spans early childhood through university-level teaching, and he is widely recognized for his leadership in global education, curriculum development, and equity initiatives. At Trinity Valley, he led the creation of a nationally recognized PreK–12 global education program and served in roles that shaped every aspect of the school’s culture — from admissions and strategic planning to faculty development and student life.
What drew us to Dr. Roemer was not just his resume, but the alignment of his heart and vision with our mission. His leadership style is collaborative, thoughtful, and student-focused — a perfect fit for TKS as we look to the future.
