ANNUAL FUND KICK-OFF EVENT IS TOMORROW!

Join us for an evening of community and celebration. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow parents, hear about the vision and goals for this year’s Annual Fund, and celebrate the strong start to the school year.

Your support helps us maintain our margin of excellence and provide an UNLIMITED educational experience for every TKS student.

Please let us know if you will attend by completing the RSVP form below by August 19, 2025.

This Friday, all 31 of our new TKS OWLS will take part in the much-anticipated House Reveal, where they will be officially welcomed into one of our six houses: Community, Leadership, Individuality, Curiosity, Generosity, and Integrity. Each house represents one of TKS’s core values, which we strive to model and instill in all our students.

These six values were thoughtfully chosen to reflect the foundational principles of our community and are symbolically tied to the six front pillars of our century-old building—also mirrored in the support beams of our cafeteria.

There’s meaning layered throughout the tradition, but one thing is certain: this Friday’s House Reveal promises to be a vibrant, high-energy celebration of school spirit!

Returning students are encouraged to wear their house colors (which remain the same each year), while new students should come dressed in their regular Friday spirit wear.

Counseling at TKS

The Center’s 45 therapists and psychologists provide counseling for children, teens, and adults, and have
offices in Oak Cliff at Oak Cliff Pediatrics and across Dallas, as well as Central Texas.  The Center also offers educational testing and psychological evaluations, including evaluation for
dyslexia and other learning differences.

Together, The Center and TKS can help our kids thrive and embrace a healthy and happy life. Monthly in-class counseling sessions will begin the week of September 8th, following a four-week rotation.

To schedule an individual appointment with Avery or any of The Center’s therapists at locations across North and
Central Texas, please call: 214.526.4525 or go to www.thecentercounseling.org.
