Meet Our TKS Annual Fund Co-Chairs!
We are pleased to welcome Melissa and Aaron Chambers back as co-chairs of the TKS Annual Fund for the coming school year. Like many TKS families, they have both held various volunteer roles, from supporting PTO events, the Oak Cliff Mardis Gras parade, and last year Melissa served as “Co-Room Mom” for Ms. Rundts 1st grade classroom (alongside Shalissa Perry).
Their son, Parker, has been with TKS since Kindergarten and will be joining Ms. Graham’s 2nd grade classroom this September. The Chambers family looks forward to catching up with the TKS community on September 5th for the Annual Fund Kick-Off and sharing their vision and plans for the upcoming year! We will be sure to celebrate key giving moments throughout the year and share the collective progress made, thanks to all of you.
As parents, we all want our kids to be honest, thoughtful, creative, respectful, curious, determined and ambitious. We hope they go on to lead successful and impactful lives – no matter what that looks like for them. When we drop Parker off at school each day, we know TKS is instilling these characteristics in him, and building the foundation for a successful future. We give to the Annual Fund because it enables TKS to reach new heights of excellence in their programs and curriculum, faculty development, and student experience. It’s what makes this place special. We are proud to be amongst a group of families that are so generous with their time, leadership, and contributions.
To continue enhancing the educational experience for all students, the Kessler School relies on the generous support and involvement of our school community.
